Today people take a lot of care about their outfit, to make it complete they use different kinds of jewellery and fancy stuff.But idea about wearing jewellery does not come from modern man, it dates even from Stone Age.

After discovery of fire and first metals people began to make first tools, arms and jewellery from cooper and bronze.About thousand years B.C. began iron age when started to appear new kinds of jewellery.

One of them is decorative fibula or decorative buckle.It dates from period about 800 years B.C. till the end of iron age.This object was found on location of Bijelo Polje near Sarajevo.Except its decorative value,the fibula served as buckle for clothes of the senior class people.The object appears in variety size.
