Scoop for sugar

First coffee place in Sarajevo was Šaban's coffee on Bentbaša. Soon after that, coffee became tradition in Sarajevo and whole Bosnia and Herzegovinia. Because of that, everyone started to pay attention on decoration of accessories for coffee, like stands for glasses for coffee, vessels for sugar and so on, but also scoop for sugar.

This accessory, besides decoration role, was used to take sugar and put it into coffee. In this way, it was avoided to use hands fot this. Kujundžije were tradespeople who were making the scoop for sugar and others decoration and artistic filigree objects from gold and silver.

Scoop for sugar is being used event nowdays, which is sign that besides decoration function of this object, it was very useful.
